Boxercise

A fast paced, fun sweaty fitness class, that utilises the movements of boxing to give an all over body workout.  Strength and conditioning, cardiovascular and muscular endurance are all present in this fantastic 'pick up and go' class.

No experience necessary, all moves are shown at the beginning of the class and no matter if you are a complete beginner or a pro, there is something for everyone in our Boxercise sessions.
